How do I cancel an order? 

Any cancellations MUST be received before 3pm on the day they have been placed. To cancel an order, please call 07803416156 directly.  

I have made a mistake with my order, how do I amend this?

How do I get more information on the shipping options?

Drop-Ship by individual Pallet:

Premium Next Day Delivery - £75.00 + VAT per pallet up to 5x Pallets (Interhaul)

Gold Delivery, 3-5 days, choose your delivery day, text sent when nearby. - £70.00 + VAT (Interhaul)

Gold Delivery Saturday Delivery £105.00 + VAT (Interhaul)

Small Parcel Delivery - £10.00 + VAT (Typically small Accessories like covers, spares etc) (DX)

Medium Parcel Delivery - £20.00 + VAT (Typically Burford Accessories, Side burners etc) (DX)

Direct To Retailer Delivery:

Up to 6x Pallets - (Luton Van) - £350.00 + VAT

Up to 12x Pallets - (7.5 tonne lorry) - £375.00 + VAT

Up to 26x Pallets - (Artic Lorry) - FREE Delivery 

If an item in my order is out of stock, will the item go into back order?

At checkout, you have two delivery options if one or more items are Out of Stock to chose from: 

1. Single delivery; delay whole order until all items are in stock 

2. Multiple Deliveries; ship all available items now, ship currently unavailable items later. 

Will my order be delivered all at once?

Yes if all items in your order are in stock. If one or more items are Out of Stock you have the choice to wait until all items are available to be delivered in one, or whether you want multiple deliveries. 

How will I get billed? 

You will receive an invoice, on the payment terms you have already discussed and agreed to with Whistler Grills. 

How do i know what my Purchase order is?

A purchase order is a number related to that order, we refer to this throughout the whole process. This number is completely made up, and is only used so that the order can be related to throughout the whole purchase process.
